AGENT SETUP
Use ConvergeSense from the agent you already trust.
ConvergeSense exposes reviewed, tenant-scoped infrastructure tools over OAuth-protected Streamable HTTP MCP. Device credentials and raw sessions stay on the onsite Engine.
Remote MCP endpoint
Configure your client with https://mcp.convergesense.com/mcp. The client discovers OAuth metadata automatically, opens ConvergeSense sign-in and consent, and binds the grant to one tenant.
Supported clients
- ChatGPT and Codex through the ConvergeSense Agent plugin or remote MCP connection.
- Claude and Claude Code through remote MCP.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio through its MCP connector flow.
- VS Code, Cursor, and generic Streamable HTTP MCP clients.
What the grant allows
Viewer, operator, and owner permissions come from your ConvergeSense account and the tenant’s tool policy. A grant never expands your application role. Owners can revoke an integration immediately from Agent connections.
Long-running reads
Inventory scans and multi-step workflows return a job ID promptly. Your agent polls the job until the bounded, normalized result is ready; ConvergeSense never keeps a cloud request open for a multi-minute device command.
Data-sharing notice
When you invoke a tool, its inputs and returned infrastructure or customer context are sent to the AI provider you selected. That provider’s subscription, retention, and training terms apply to its copy. ConvergeSense does not store the external agent conversation.
