Collect the minimum needed to operate and prove the result.
ConvergeSense stores account, policy, audit, and bounded normalized operational data. It does not copy equipment credentials or raw device sessions into the cloud.
Data we process
We process user identity, tenant membership, connector and Engine status, tool policy, sanitized audit metadata, workflow state, and short-lived normalized tool results. Some connectors may return customer-confidential fields when the tenant owner explicitly permits those tools.
External AI providers
Customers choose their AI provider. When a user invokes a ConvergeSense tool, that provider receives the tool request and returned context. The provider’s retention and model-training terms are controlled by the customer’s account and subscription; ConvergeSense does not store that provider’s conversation history.
Retention and deletion
Short-lived tool results expire after 15 minutes, agent execution metadata after 90 days, and security audit events after one year. Tenant owners may request an export or deletion through privacy@convergesense.com. Legal, fraud-prevention, or security obligations may require retaining limited records longer.
Commercial agreements
A customer-specific data processing addendum and supported retention schedule are provided during contracting. Contact privacy@convergesense.com before placing regulated or specially protected data in the service.
