Infrastructure used to deliver ConvergeSense.

This list identifies service providers used by the hosted control plane. A customer’s chosen AI provider is customer-directed and governed by that customer’s provider agreement.

Hosted service providers

Vercel — web application, MCP gateway, edge delivery, and operational hosting.
Supabase — authentication and tenant-scoped PostgreSQL control-plane data.
Stripe — subscription checkout, billing portal, and payment event processing when billing is enabled.

Customer-directed providers

ChatGPT/OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or another MCP client provider receives data only when a user invokes a tool through that provider. Customers choose and administer those subscriptions directly.
