Live availability is checked at request time. Tenant-specific Engine and connector readiness remains visible inside each workspace.
Control-plane health endpoint operational
The public health probe is available at /api/health. It reports release, region, data-source mode, and observation time without tenant or credential data.
Tenant diagnostics
Signed-in operators can inspect Engine connectivity, connector readiness, agent job state, result counts, and sanitized failure codes from Agent connections and Activity. They can also download a safe support bundle. Raw equipment output is intentionally excluded.

For an incident, include the tenant slug, approximate time, safe job ID, and affected integration in an email to support@convergesense.com. Do not include credentials or raw command output.
